NOTE - 2: Other Notes to Accounts.

1. There are no dues to micro and small enterprises as defined in the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 which are outstanding as at the Balance Sheet date.

2. Previous Year’s figures have been regrouped /reclassified wherever necessary to confirm to the current year’s classification.

3. Balances of Sundry Debtors, Sundry Creditors, Secured and Unsecured Loans and Advances from banks, financial institutions and others have been confirmed except for the balance with the Ultratech Cements ltd which is subject to confirmation and reconciliation.

4. Rupees 2 Crores has been given to the Contractor for the Redevelopment of Anand Cinema Jodhpur, but due to some unavoidable circumstances the process of re-development has been halted till date.
