of the projects on turnkey basis preparation and providing the plant
Designs and drawings factory lay-out product design and specifications
and management of the projects.
To carry on the busing of rendering services as consultant on
engineering technical. Industrial. commercial official or other matters
to industrial, fitting. to undertake and to surveys and Investigation of
establishment to devise work whatsoever for the purpose of proximal the
same to me industrial. commercial of any other commercial organization
variable or provide technical assistance and Informal of all kinds of
Industrial, commercialT other concern organization. institution for the
work of Engineering Projects.
2.Debit / Credit balances of parties, unsecured and vehicle leans,
security and tax deposits and fixed deposits, current assets and
current liabilities are subject to contamination reconciliation.
3.Auditors' Remuneration for F.Y 2012-13 is Rs40450.
4.Previous year figures have been recast auditor regrouped wherever
necessary to make them comparable with those of the current year
5.As the company has not received information from suppliers or
service provider's, whether they are covered under micro, small and
medium enterprises. ( development) Act, 2006 and hence if has not been
possible to give the required information's relating to amounts unpaid,
if any, as at year end together with interest paid or payable to them.
