XII. Provisions, contingent liabilities and contingent assets

A provision is recognised when there is a present obligation as a result of a past event and it is
probable that an outflow of resources will be required to settle the obligation and in respect of whic
reliable estimate can be made. Provisions are reviewed at each balance sheet date and adjusted tc
reflect the current best estimate. If it is no longer probable that an outflow of resources would be
required to settle the obligation, the provision is reversed.

A disclosure for a contingent liability is made when there is a possible obligation or a present obligation
but probably will not require an outflow of resources. When there is a possible obligation or a presen
obligation in respect of which the likelihood on outflow of resources is remote, no provision o

disclosure is made.

Contingent assets are not recognised in the standalone financial statements. However, contingen
assets are assessed continually and if it is virtually certain that an inflow of economic benefits will arise
the asset and related income are recognised in the period in which the change occurs.

XIII. Earnings Per Share: ..........

a) Basic earnings per share is calculated by dividing the net Profit or Loss for the period attributableit

equity shareholders by the weighted average number of equities shares outstanding during th
year.

b) For the purpose of calculating diluted earnings per share, the net Profit or Loss for the ye;
attributable to the equity shareholders and weighted average number of share outstanding if ar
are adjusted for the effects of all dilutive potential equity shares

Preliminary Expenses will write off in a period of 5 years as per the provisions of Income Tax Act ,19E
