On June 27, 2024, the company had made issue of 6,45,00,000 equity shares having face value of Rs 10/-each fully paidup for cash at a price of Rs 54/-per equity shares (including share premium of Rs 44/- per equity share) aggregating to Rs 645.00 Lakhs (Face Value) & Rs 2,838.00 Lakhs (Share Premium). The aforementioned equity shares were alloted on June 27, 2024.

iii) Rights, preferences and restrictions in respect of equity shares issued by the Company

The company has only one class of equity shares having a par value of ? 10 each. The equity shares of the company having par value of * 10 rank pari-passu in all respects including voting rights and entitlement to dividend.
