Aviva Life insurance is a joint venture between the Aviva insurance group of UK and the Dabur, one of India's oldest, and largest producer of traditional healthcare products. Aviva is UK's largest and the world's fifth largest insurance Group. In accordance with the government regulations Aviva holds a 26 per cent stake in the joint venture and the Dabur group holds the balance 74 per cent share.
