The Company commenced its operations as a Member of National Stock Exchange (NSE) during the year 1995. It has the distinction of being one of the first few Corporate Members from Hyderabad. SCL is a registered Member on the Capital Market as well as Futures & Options Segments of NSE. SCL is also a Depository Participant (DP) with Central Depository Services Ltd (CDSL)

Saaketa Finstock Pvt.Ltd.

Saaketa Finstock Pvt Ltd (SFPL) is a group Company promoted with a view to acquire the trading membership of Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). SFPL commenced its operations as a Member of BSE during the year 2006.

Saaketa Commodities Pvt.Ltd.

Saaketa Commodities Pvt., Ltd., (SCPL) is another group Company promoted with a view to acquire the trading membership of Multi Commodites Exchange of India Ltd., (MCX). SCPL commenced its operations as a Member of MCX during the year 2006.

The Group operates from Hyderabad and has branches/franchisees in Andhra Pradesh and Maharashtra. The Company has over 100 CM trading terminals and 50 F&O trading terminals catering to the investors in these States.

SCL was promoted by three professionals viz., Dr B Amaranatha Sastry, Ch Jagadeshwer Rao and Mr T.Naveena Chandra.

Dr B. Amaranatha Sastry

He is a Chartered Accountants as well as a qualified Company Secretary. He has the distinction of being a Ph D holder in Astrology and Capital Markets having got his Ph D in the year 2009. He has about 15 years’ of experience in Capital Markets and is a daily contributor to Andhra Jyothi, a leading Telugu newspaper on Capital Markets and appears on various Television Channels regularly to advise investors on Capital Markets.

Mr Ch Jagadeshwer Rao

He is a post graduate in Management and a qualified Company Secretary. He has about 18 years of experience in Capital Market and heads the research division of SCL.

Mr T Naveena Chandra

He is a Chartered Accountant and has been associated with SCL since inception.

Other outside directors are Mr P Gopala Krishna (Software Consultant), Dr K V Ashok (Medical Practitioner) and Mr K Venkata Narayana.
