Disclosure in respect of Employee Benefits pursuant to Accounting Standard:- 15 (Revised): The Company has not provided for employee benefits during the F.Y 2017-18 and preceding previous year also.

(4) In the opinion of the Board of Directors, Current assets, Loans and Advances are of the value realizable in the ordinary course of business.

(5) The Company has not received any intimation from the suppliers regarding their status under Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise Development Act, 2006 and hence, disclosures regarding

a) Amounts due and outstanding to suppliers as at the end of the accounting year,

b) Interest paid during the year,

c) Interest payable at the end of the accounting year,

d) Interest accrued and unpaid at the end of the accounting year,

(6) The previous year figures have been regrouped / reclassified, wherever necessary to confirm to the current year presentation.
