(3) Debtors' and Creditors' balances and loans and advances are
unconfirmed.
(4) Undisputed amounts payable in respect of Income Tax, Wealth Tax and
Tax on Dividend, Sales Tax etc., have not been paid which were supposed
to be payable as on the last date of Balance Sheet and as on the date
of Audit Report were not paid in view of the dispute in the major order
from M.S.E.B, due to which the company's Cash Flow has been affected
seriously.
