| 1. Assets Costing Rs. 412.86 Lacs has been purchased on Hire Purchase
agreement in respect of which future interest payable under the
agreement aggregating to Rs. 22.07 Lacs and the same has guaranteed by
the Directors of the Company.
2. Liability contested and not provided for Income Tax Liability
relating to earlier years of Rs. 248.71 Lacs.
3. According to the information available, the Company has no amount
overdue and outstanding at the close of the year payable to any small
scale and ancillary industrial undertakings as defined under small
scale and Ancillary Industrial Undertaking Act, 1993. Consequently no
provision in respect of interest payable on delayed payments as
required by the said Act is necessary.
4. In some cases, confirmation of balances are not available in
respect of Banks, debtors, creditors, and advances.
5. Previous year figures have been reclassified, regrouped wherever
necessary to conform to the grouping or classification of the current
year.
6. The figures have been rounded off to the nearest rupee.
