There are no contingent liabilities which are not provided for.

2. In the opinion of the Board, Current Assets, Loans and Advances are approximately of the value stated if realized in the ordinary course of business. The provisions for all known liabilities are adequate and not in excess of the amount reasonably necessary.

3. Balances of Debtors, Creditors and Loans & Advances are subject to confirmation. Adjustments, if any, will be made at the time of reconciliation of accounts. The confirmation in respect of sundry creditors has been called for during the year.
