2.1 Segment Reporting

The company is operating Healthcare Hospitals. Hence there are no reportable segments under Accounting Standard -17.

2.2 In the opinion of the Board, Current Assets and Loans and Advances have a value on realization in the ordinary course of business at least equal to the amount amount at which they are stated in the Balance Sheet.

2.6 In the opinion of the Board and to the best of their knowledge and belief all the Current Assets, Loans and Advances have value on realisation at least of an amount at which they are stated in Balance Sheet.

2.7 The company does not possess information as to which of its suppliers are covered under the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise Development Act, 2006. However the company is regular in making payments to its suppliers and has not received any claim in respect of interest for delayed payment.
