| 1. There are no contingent liabilities.
2. In the opinion of the board, Current Assets are approximately of
the value stated if realised in the ordinary course of business. The
provision for all known liabilities is adequate and not in excess of
the amount considered reasonably necessary.
3. There is no separate reportable segment within the meaning of
Accounting Standard 17 issued by Institute of Chartered Accountants of
India.
4. Previous Year's figures have been reworked / regrouped /
rearranged / reclassified wherever necessary to make them comparable
with those of current year.
